    30 Minute Yoga - Class 1

    30 Minute Full Practice to strengthen and stretch the entire the body. The theme is consciousness. This practice includes warrior 2, side angle pose, triangle pose, and half moon pose. The sequence quickly leads to bridge pose and upward bow and ends with a supine twist and happy baby. It has everything for a quick reset at the beginning, middle, or end of a busy day.

    30 Minute Yoga - Class 2

    30 Minute Full Practice to reset the body. This practice focuses on twists and includes a series of backbends with the belly facing the ground.  The theme is ananda, the bliss of yoga. The intention is to leave feeling good in body, clear in the mind, open in the heart, and blissful in spirit.

    30 Minute Yoga - Class 3

    30 Minute Full Practice of powerful poses that require one's full focus and effort. The theme is "purnatva," the Sanskrit word for "fullness" and also "perfection." This practice includes warrior 1, warrior 2, warrior 3, headstand 2, bow pose, and camel pose. It is a challenging sequence but if one practices with a fullness of heart, the practice will be perfect!

    30 Minute Yoga - Class 4

    30 Minute full practice to work the legs, arms, and back. The class includes a lunge flow, chair pose, goddess pose, side plank (with variations), and a "wild thing" or two! The theme is "shri" the Sanskrit word for auspiciousness or divine splendor or divine beauty. Create some awe inspiring poses in this practice!

    30 Minute Yoga - Class 5

    30 Minute Full Practice that oscillates between strength and stretch, muscular and organic energy, stillness and movement, power and grace. The theme is "spanda," the Sanskrit word for "pulsation." The practice builds to warrior 1, dancer pose, headstand 1, and a couple of backbends. Raise your vibration with this pulse-activating practice!

    30 Minute Yoga - Class 6

    30 Minute Full Practice to free the body, mind, and heart. This class includes several balancing poses, including tree pose, eagle pose, warrior 3, and twisted half moon. There is also a handstand and three different backbends! The theme is "svatantrya," the Sanskrit word for "freedom."

    Elements (60 minutes) - Class 1

    Elements Class #1 focuses on setting a proper foundation in each pose. It includes basic lunges, crow pose, bow pose, and bridge pose.

    Elements Class #2 focuses on opening your mind and heart, beyond the physical body. It includes warrior poses, a headstand, and camel pose (backbend).

    Elements Class #3 focuses on a primary flow of energy in the body called muscular energy. Poses include triangle pose, half moon pose, handstand, and seated cool-down poses.

    Elements Class #4 focuses on a secondary energy in the legs, referred to as "inner spiral". Poses include several twists, side plank pose, and supine cool-down poses.

    Elements Class #5 focuses on a secondary current of energy in the legs, referred to as "outer spiral". Poses include goddess pose, side lunges, frog pose, and headstand one.

    Elements Class #6 focuses on organic energy, the expansive force of the practice. Poses include reverse warrior, twisted warrior, dolphin pose, forearm balance, and locust backbend variations.
