30 Minute Yoga - Class 1

30 Minute Full Practice to strengthen and stretch the entire the body. The theme is consciousness. This practice includes warrior 2, side angle pose, triangle pose, and half moon pose. The sequence quickly leads to bridge pose and upward bow and ends with a supine twist and happy baby. It has everything for a quick reset at the beginning, middle, or end of a busy day.
