Ultimate Yoga
High intensity. Extreme challenge. Static and dynamic. Technical and burly. Fun and challenging. This yoga class includes poses, actions, and movements intended to increase strength, flexibility, and mobility for climbers and other athletes. Classes regularly include dynamic movements (jumping), headstands (in the middle of the room), handstands (with a partner spot or against a wall), arm balances, and deep backbends. This might be the hardest yoga class you ever take. Be prepared to laugh, cry, sweat, AND get your butt kicked. Not appropriate for beginners. Not recommended for students looking for an easy, mellow, or chill experience. This class is hard. This is Ultimate Yoga!
