
This short video is a brief explanation of the intentions behind the Elements series.

Elements Class #1 focuses on setting a proper foundation in each pose. It includes basic lunges, crow pose, bow pose, and bridge pose.

Elements Class #2 focuses on opening your mind and heart, beyond the physical body. It includes warrior poses, a headstand, and camel pose (backbend).

Elements Class #3 focuses on a primary flow of energy in the body called muscular energy. Poses include triangle pose, half moon pose, handstand, and seated cool-down poses.

Elements Class #4 focuses on a secondary energy in the legs, referred to as "inner spiral". Poses include several twists, side plank pose, and supine cool-down poses.

Elements Class #5 focuses on a secondary current of energy in the legs, referred to as "outer spiral". Poses include goddess pose, side lunges, frog pose, and headstand one.

Elements Class #6 focuses on organic energy, the expansive force of the practice. Poses include reverse warrior, twisted warrior, dolphin pose, forearm balance, and locust backbend variations.
