Kali Restaurant is a Michelin Star steakhouse in Hollywood, CA. The beef blend was delicious, cooked and seasoned to perfection. But the patty got lost in a combination of bland flavors and soft textures. A few bites were great. But most were mushy from the patty juice on the soft bun and the pliable nature of arugula, caramelized onions, and melted cheddar. The added bacon was good but not great and certainly not worth the unexpected extra charge of $6. Kali Restaurant did not earn it’s Michelin Star off of the merits of The Kali Burger.
